Delivery of digital products and live access
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to register for the live WORKSHOP sessions. Recordings and any downloadable materials will be delivered through the platform or link described in your confirmation email.
Live event access
Access to live sessions requires registration through the provided Zoom link. We recommend registering immediately and adding the event to your calendar. If you cannot attend live, recordings will be made available according to the terms stated on the sales page.
Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of our WORKSHOPs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@lunax.ai within 7 days of purchase for a refund request. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require proof of attendance or participation.
Cancellation or rescheduling
In the unlikely event that a live session is cancelled or rescheduled, registered attendees will be notified by email with updated access details or refund options.
